Our Products are digital (e.g., PDFs, guides, worksheets, audio/video resources, downloads, or digital access). Delivery is provided via on-screen access, download link, and/or email instructions after successful payment.

You are responsible for:

  • providing an accurate email address at checkout; and

  • ensuring your device/software can open and view the digital content.

3) Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. By purchasing, you authorize Mom Mindcare (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method.

We do not store full payment card details. Your payment data is handled by Stripe/PayPal under their own policies.

4) 14-Day 100% Money-Back Guarantee (Refund Policy)

We offer a 14-day, 100% money-back guarantee (“Guarantee”) on eligible purchases.

4.1 Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • Your request must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date; and

  • You must include sufficient details to locate your order (e.g., purchase email, full name, order ID/receipt).

4.2 How to Request a Refund

  • the email used at checkout,

  • the product name, and

  • the date of purchase (or attach your receipt).

4.3 Refund Processing

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on Stripe/PayPal and your bank/card issuer.

4.4 Abuse / Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or chargeback misuse (for example, repeated purchases and refund requests). This does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

4.5 Chargebacks

If you have an issue, please contact us first at info@mommindcare.com so we can help. Unnecessary chargebacks may delay resolution and may result in loss of access to Products.

5) License & Permitted Use

When you purchase a Product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it for personal, non-commercial use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You may not:

  • share, resell, redistribute, or reproduce the Product;
